Series“Life Lessons for the College Student”
A campus life readiness workshop for students moving onto college campuses for the first time.

Interactive group discussion will address the following topics:
- The real facts about illegal drugs, prescription drug abuse, and other commonly abused substances on college campuses.
- Alcohol use and binge drinking
- Setting boundaries with peers
- Refining refusal & “walk away” skills
- Making healthy age appropriate choices regarding sexual activity
- Safety and security: keeping yourself safe
- Social skills for keeping the peace and sharing space with roommates
- Stress & time management techniques.
Join us for a series of workshops with licensed clinical social workers and school counselors who know what really goes on in that first year of college. Students will gain real life skills and tools to help prepare them for a successful, smart, & safe college experience.
